The room was nice and clean, but the walls were super thin and noisy.

The location was extraordinary, just minutes from the historical
monastery complex. While I appreciated the pleasant staff and clean room, it was surprising to find the accommodations a bit cramped for a couple. The breakfast was enjoyable, though varied more than expected.

We stayed in a Triple Room for 4 nights. The size was decent, and we had a small ante chamber, which was nice. But, I was surprised the bathroom felt worn out, and the walls had scuffs. The view from the balcony was lovely though, and I loved the comfy beds. Breakfast was great as they catered to different dietary needs! Just wished the room matched what I saw online.

The location is perfect for exploring the nearby monastery and restaurants, with a spacious room that had modern décor and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options while overlooking a beautiful garden. However, noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome, and the shower temperature was inconsistent during peak hours. Additionally, breakfast seating was limited, causing delays and sharing tables with other guests.

We visited the nearby San Lorenzo de El Escorial Auditorium just a few minutes away on foot, which was a real treat for the family. The staff was cute, and having complimentary drinking water in the reception was a nice touch during our stay with my nephew.
In my wife’s opinion, better parking options would have been appreciated for families.

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely upgrade to a spacious suite that offered amazing views from our balcony. The hotel had a cozy lounge area and a beautiful garden spot to unwind after a long day.
